[BC]2 will feature a one-day workshops and tutorials session on 13 September. The call for proposals is now open.
The purpose of workshops is to provide participants with an informal setting to discuss technical issues, exchange research ideas, and share practical experiences on focused or emerging topics in bioinformatics. A workshop should provide an interesting perspective on the cutting edge of a research field and can be complementary to the main conference topics. Previous sessions have covered, for instance, “Gene Ontologies”, “Education in Bioinformatics”, or “Logical modelling of biological regulatory networks”. Workshops may include any form of presentation but must in any case offer room for interactions among participants, such as talks or panel discussions. Workshop organizer(s) are fully responsible for the workshop’s scientific content: they may invite speakers, call for submissions, or combine the two options. [BC]2 workshops will be held on Monday 13 September 2021, from 9:00 to 16:00, with a lunch break and two coffee breaks.
