Submit your abstract and take part in the ELIXIR Innovation and SME Forum at [BC]2, to share solutions for preventive medicine and the whole learning ecosystem of health.
[BC]2 will host a one-day ELIXIR Innovation and SME Forum entitled “Building the learning ecosystem of health: from data tracking to preventive medicine” on 13 September. The Forum will explore solutions to better understand the different components of the learning ecosystem of health and preventive medicine (see figure below), from technologies (hardware, software) to track data and data management (incl. access, collection, storage, sharing, reuse, as well as legal aspects thereof) to data integration, analysis (interoperability standards, methods, interpretation) and translation into preventive guidelines and healthcare measures.
To discuss solutions connecting the different components of the learning ecosystem of health, the Forum’s Programme Committee is now welcoming submissions from industry (start-ups and SMEs, as well as large companies) and academia in areas related to:
- Health data collection technologies (hardware and software) focusing on healthy citizens and/or patients in post-treatment phase;
- Data management;
- Research or data integration & analysis;
- Converting learnings into healthcare guidelines/policies.
More information on the Forum’s content and the abstract submission guidelines can be found here.
